Provides advanced level administrative support to executives. Relieves the executive of administrative tasks in order to increase the time an executive has available for executive level responsibilities.
Assists in organizing assigned executive’s time, schedule, meetings, files, calendar and contacts.
Composes and prepares various forms of correspondence, including letters, memorandum, reports and other written material.
Schedules and coordinates meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements.
Screens visitors, mail, email and calls and handles items within the limits of delegated authority.
Handles a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office.
Responsible for handling and organizing confidential and time sensitive material.
Provides general support in matters such as preparing travel expenses, internal documentation and process flows.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical/Mental Requirements and Working Conditions
Ability to carry up to 10 pounds
Ability to use hands to accomplish tasks as assigned
Ability to sit, walk, climb, and bend/stoop
Ability to effectively communicate; pass audiogram in hearing conservation program as required by location
Ability to see close and distance; basic colors/shades
Ability to work inside an office
Ability to work alone, work with others, and interact with the public
Ability to perform under deadline pressure; drive a vehicle
