Job Summary Supports all aspects of treasury activities, including assisting with the development of cash management and banking solutions for all business segments of the company, supporting the cash forecasting process and variance analysis, issuing letters of credit/performance bonds, hedging foreign exchange and interest rate risks and assisting with special projects assigned by treasury and finance management. Job Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities
Develops and maintains hedging programs and policies to manage the exposure and risks of investing.
Monitors and maintains cash accounts for operating units.
Maintains and strengthens key banking relationships.
Analyzes bank fees, recommends cost savings and maintains bank accounts. Acts as a liaison between banks and company management.
Maintains cash, debit, and interest schedules and the associated monthly accruals.
Analyzes and prepares foreign exchange transactions.
Maintains monthly reporting on company capital structure and liquidity analysis.
Supports the cash forecasting process by implementing a company-wide rolling 13-week and 12-month cash forecasting model with improved accuracy, performing regular variance analyses and helping each business unit produce better cash forecasts.
Ensures accurate maintenance of bank account, balance, bank/treasury systems and bank cost information.
Performs other treasury, cash management and finance duties as assigned by management.
There is no supervision of other works at this level.

Minimum Education, Experience and Certification Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree requiredin finance or accounting
Certifications
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
Required Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury/cash management or banking
Previous experience in bank relationship management, cash forecasting, financial evaluations and analysis, capital markets, including credit agreements, revolvers, indentures, etc.
Previous experience writing letters of credit, bonding, etc.
