Manages EnergySolutions’ IT hardware and software assets. This includes planning, monitoring, and recording software licenses and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts. The individual will use Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Intune to manage, monitor, and secure devices and applications across the enterprise. Is also responsible for collaboratively designing, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting their technology or enterprise systems. Supports technology in our IT infrastructure, which could include the Windows/Linux Environment, the network, the security infrastructure, etc. Works on complex problems where analysis of situation requires in-depth evaluation of various factors. Assists management in the evaluation and purchase or lease of technology components, networking, hardware or software from vendors.
Develop and implement procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycle.
Utilize SCCM to deploy, update, and troubleshoot applications and systems across the network.
Manage Endpoint security and compliance settings, ensuring all devices meet the organization’s standards.
Leverage Intune for mobile device management and mobile application management.
Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure accurate inventory records.
Devises solutions in accordance with an implementation budget.
Coordinates system development tasks to include design, integration and formal testing.
Oversees all transitions of new systems to production.
Develops and completes actions in system specifications, technical and logistical requirements and other disciplines.
Creates and maintains programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
Manages and documents system configurations.
Mentors junior members of the team.
Evaluates current systems.
Serves as a technical liaison to the manufacturers’ technical and service personnel regarding purchased or leased hardware and software.
Monitors the technology (HW, SW, network) and responds to alerts.
Resolves all outages and performance issues.
Escalates issues with vendors including carriers, manufacturers and service providers.
Provides leadership to new technology deployments.
Provides work leadership and training to lower level engineers.
Responsible for instructing, directing, and checking the work of other engineers.
Assists in management of the purchase, installation, and support of technology in our IT infrastructure.
Maintains accurate documentation.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education, Experience and Certification Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree requiredin computer science or information systems or equivalent relevant experience
Certifications
A+ Computer certification
Advanced Microsoft certifications preferred
Required Experience
A minimum of 7 years of IT support experience at the enterprise level
A minimum of 5 years experience with Microsoft Windows Active Directory
Experience managing an enterprise deployment of SCCM and Intune
A minimum of 5 years of experience in information technology (IT) support
A minimum of 4 years of experience working within the deployment and operation of enterprise-level hardware, software, apps, or networks
Preferred Experience
Experience with VMWare Hypervisors and VDI infrastructure
Experience with managing Microsoft 365 environments
